A key feature of the composition is the use of a rough palette of materials, with references to the hard textures found within the urban fabric.

Through the selected openings, the composition exploits the views, both to the adjacent park to the west and to the Athenian horizon

with Mount Hymettus in the background to the east.

The triplex in Psychiko seeks to create an architectural complex

that functions as a single building, dominating the plot and creating an imposing front on the main façade.

Fair Faced concrete,glass panes, metal details and metal grids are the main material choices as to the exterior façade.

Uncoated concrete is used in such a way as to display the characteristics of the process of its creation and the multiple forms it can adopt.
