The new market follows the hotel’s concept & esthetic amplifying the immersive experience. No longer a supermarket, it draws inspiration from local shops (pantopoleia) that used to be the center of a village’s everyday life.

Utilise the freshness of local products & embrace seasonality as a core concept of picking items for your store. Opt for local artisans & synergies inside/outside the resort so guests experience carries on even in the products they consume during their stay or they take back home.
